Quality Inn Effingham North

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and indoor swimming pool. On my first stay, the staff helped me find car service, which I still remember. Highly recommend staying here!

The setting was favourable, adjacent to many stores and restaurants, Effingham and Hiram, and the Panda Express restaurant on the other side of the interstate;))

The bedding was of a great quality and the room was large and well decorated.

I wouldn't change anything.

Seniors with luggage should be put on the 1st floor since the Inn does not have an elevator.

The restaurant on-site provides excellent service, with attentive servers who are always willing to help. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds, sofas, and desks with chairs. The breakfast options are varied and satisfying.

Its location was comfortable and marvellous, near I-70. And it was also really close to many nearby restaurants, and Effingham and Hiram. The hotel served me a particularly good breakfast.

The hotel was conveniently located near I-70. Breakfast was good. The front desk staff was very friendly and pleasant.

The parking lot was awkward and crowded. I found trash under the desk and between the bed and nightstand. The refrigerator did not work.

The location itself can be tricky to access due to the peculiar parking setup. Navigating around the adjacent car wash was a bit annoying. The coffee during breakfast was particularly subpar, resembling hot water rather than a robust brew-definitely not espresso quality. The ground-floor room had paper-thin ceilings, which could be disruptive.

I observed the very polite and efficient clerk dealing with two difficult customers in front of me.

The shower floor was very sloped and slippery. We are seniors and my husband almost fell in the shower. Therefore, I was afraid to us the shower.

Excellent accomodations.

Need elevator for seniors & injured guests. Difficult to carry luggage upstairs.

The clean sheets and the cozy bed made my night after a long drive. The breakfast selection felt limited. Road trips!
